All videos, photographs or any other audiovisual material developed by our team will be the property of Creativos 3Up, LLC and may be used in promotional videos of the company without authorization. In case the client requires the rights of said videos, he must pay an agreed amount for said rights.
Creativos 3Up, LLC undertakes to deliver the material within a maximum period of 7 business days.
If the client wants a fast delivery of the material, he will have a surcharge of 40% of the amount paid. refunds Our company makes refunds of your payments in case the service cannot be executed due to fortuitous or natural problems, as a first option: we offer to reschedule our meeting at a later date that suits us both. In case of not reaching an agreement, it is when we make the refund effective no later than 24 hours.
Domains and hosting If you don't renew your domains within the 12-day renewal grace period, you may be charged a recovery fee in addition to the domain renewal fee. During this time, domain names will be transferred to stationary nameservers and the websites or email services associated with those domains may stop working. Hosting, SSL and domain
Every year you must make your annual payment for file and data maintenance on your website. The price varies according to the plan you have contracted. If the hosting expires we have no way to recover the files, and all the information created will be lost, we are not responsible for the information lost in case of not making the payment on time
3. MANAGEMENT IN SOCIAL NETWORKS:
Dear client, according to the contracted plan, we work on optimizing the tasks of your monthly work planning.
It is important that you take into account that, in case you decide NOT to continue with our services, notify it at least fifteen (15) days in advance. In case of not doing so, the system will invoice the following month.
Likewise, remember that payments must be made within seven (7) days prior to the date of completion of the service. Therefore, if the billing cut-off day arrives and you have not yet made the payment, the system will charge an additional amount of 10% for late payment.
If on the third day of the due date of your billing the non-payment persists, your plan and requests will be deactivated, and it may take up to five (5) days for its total reactivation.
